Ninh Binh strives for 12 more new-style rural communes in 2019

Ninh Binh is one of the leading provinces in building new-style rural areas nationwide. By the end of 2018, 90 communes, two districts and one city in the province have met the national criteria on new- style rural area building.

Building new-style rural areas has been set the focus of all departments and sectors in the province.

The program has received the active participation and contribution of the entire political system, units, enterprises, and local people.

At the beginning of this year, Ninh Binh has assigned tasks to sectors, departments, and localities to achieve the above target .

It has asked communes and districts which have been recognised as new-style rural areas to continue to improve the livelihoods of their citizens and come up with new criteria for building new commune model.
