According to the health sector's report, the pandemic has been developing complicatedly as the number of COVID-19 infections has increased sharply in recent days. New pandemic clusters were detected in many hospitals, industrial parks and the community in 58 provinces and cities nationwide.
Currently, there are 1,663 cases quarantined and monitored in Ninh Binh province. The COVID-19 prevention and control measures have been carried out effectively.
In the time to come, the risk of COVID-19 infection in the community in Ninh Binh is very high as there is an increasing number of people returning from pandemic-hit areas. Therefore, the provincial Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control has devised a 5-level plan to cope with possible COVID-19 outbreaks.
Besides, the reception of people coming from pandemic-hit areas must be implemented in line with regulations, and they must be quarantined immediately. F1 cases must be sent to concentrated quarantine establishments while F0 cases must be treated at medical facilities.
Ensuring human and financial resources for the disease prevention and control work is a necessary task. Local sectors, agencies, units, and localities must build plans for COVID-19 prevention and control more drastically.
The communication work about COVID-19 prevention and control must be step up.
The Department of Health was asked to provide training courses for medical workers to use equipment to actively cope with COVID-19.
The Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs was requested to cooperate with other departments and sectors to accelerate the implementation of the Government's Resolution No. 68.
The provincial management board of industrial zones was proposed to coordinate with other departments, sectors and units to strengthen the COVID-19 prevention and control work in industrial parks.
Chairpersons of People's Committees of districts and cities will directly hold responsible for monitoring the COVID-19 situation in production units outside the industrial parks and clusters.
Provincial authorities will continue to conduct COVID-19 testing for workers, and speed up vaccination for prioritised people in line with regulations. Continue to test COVID-19 for workers, and step up the vaccination for prioritised peoples in line with regulation.
