Ninh Binh signs cooperation agreement with Udomxay province of Laos

During the framework of the visit, Ngoc on June 28 attended a meeting and signed a cooperation agreement between Ninh Binh and Udomxay provinces.

Speaking at the event, Ngoc expressed his honour to pay a working visit to Udomxay and said that after 10 years of implementing the MoU between Ninh Binh and Udomxay, the special cooperation between the two sides has been tightened.

In a bid to lift the relationship to a new height, Ninh Binh and Udomxay inked a cooperation agreement in the fields of education, culture, sports, tourism, investment, commerce, and managing and developing industrial clusters and zones.

This is an important legal document that marks a new milestone in relations between the two localities and affirms the sound traditional ties between Ninh Binh and Udoxay.

Previously, Ngoc and his delegation visited the convention center of Udomxay which was built at a cost of 10 billion VND funded by the provinces of Ninh Binh, Ha Nam and Nam Dinh. 

They also laid wreaths at the monument to the Vietnam-Laos fighting alliance in Udomxay province.
