Ninh Binh sets up working group to speed up public investment disbursement

The working group comprises 13 members, and is headed by the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.

The working group is responsible for directing and coordinating with related agencies in dealing with affairs regarding the implementation progress, the quality of works, and the disbursement of public investment for projects in Ninh Binh in 2023.

At the same time, the working group will urge units and investors to speed up investment procedures and construction of projects, and deal with rising difficulties and hindrances, or propose competent agencies to handle these obstacles while implementing projects.

Besides, it is tasked with removing difficulties and obstacles faced by investors; and promptly detecting and settling wrongdoings or violations of legal regulations on construction.

The working group could propose the provincial People's Committee strictly deal with heads of departments, sectors, units, branches, localities, investors, and individuals who impede the progress of construction or the quality of projects.
