Ninh Binh's Vedana bamboo restaurant wins Dezeen Awards 2021

Surpassing 305 entries in 12 sub-categories in the Architecture category, the Venada restaurant and Bat Trang house have been chosen by Dezeen readers as winners of the Dezeen Awards 2021 public vote with 65 percent of votes and 44 percent of votes, respectively. Both of them were designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia.

Over 53,000 people cast their votes for 305 shortlisted projects in all categories. 

The Dezeen Awards 2021 drew over 4,700 entries from 87 countries.

The Dezeen Awards, which is held annually, honours the world's best architecture, interior and design works in the world. Each sub-category has one highest prize and other auxiliary awards.

The awards jury includes 75 leading architects, experts and designers across the globe.
