Ninh Binh's two destinations named among Top 7 Impressions of Vietnam in 2022

The move aims to introduce fresh and impressive destinations to tourists so as to promote the tourism sector's growth.

The programme received 220 nominations nationwide and 25,000 votes from readers.

They voted for five categories: marvelous waterfall, unique architecture project, ecological site, impressive landscape and surprising landscape from bird's eye view.

As a result, Ninh Binh has two destinations named among Top 7 Impressions of Vietnam in 2022, namely Vedana bamboo restaurant (unique architecture project) and Van Long wetland nature reserve (ecological site).

The Top 7 unique  architecture projects buildings include APEC Park Dome (Da Nang); Bat Trang ceramics museum (Ha Noi); Chen Kieu pagoda (Soc Trang); Vedana bamboo restaurant (Ninh Binh); Cao Van Lau Theatre (Bac Lieu); Cai Be Church (Tien Giang); Sa Vy border information cluster (Quang Ninh).

The Top 7 ecological sites include Dong Chau - Khe Nuoc Trong nature reserve (Quang Binh); Van Long wetland nature reserve (Ninh Binh); Rum Ho village (Quang Binh); Ben En National Park (Thanh Hoa); Bird Sanctuary (Tra Vinh); Bamboo Garden - bamboo road (Hau Giang), and Muoi Ngot community-based tourist site (Ca Mau).
