Ninh Binh's trade and services record high growth in four months

Total retail sales of goods in April hit 5.23 trillion VND (222.86 million USD), a year-on-year rise of 48.3%. The figure in the first four months of 2023 reached 20.3 trillion VND (881 million USD), up 39.1% against the same period last year.

Revenues from accommodation and catering services in April maintained high growth with 765.3 billion VND (32.5 million USD), a 2.2-fold rise, raising the four-month figure to 2.75 trillion VND, a 2.1-fold increase year on year. Earnings from travel services saw a 3-folds rise, while revenues from other services also posted an increase of 60.7%.

The province's consumer price index (CPI) in the first four months recorded an increase of 3.34% in comparison with the same period of the previous year.
