Ninh Binh's tourism sector earns over 5.3 trillion VND in five months

Of the total, accommodation establishments accounts for around 382 billion VND (up 42.66%); restautants is over 2,6 billion VND (up 48.27%), and transport services rakes nearly 658 billion VND….

In May, the province served an approximately of 730 thousands tourists arrivals, a 1.5 fold rise from the same period of last year.

The number of tourists staying overnight reached over 180,000, a 1.8-fold increase from the same period of previous year. Total revenue from tourism activities hit over 714 billion VND( 30,3 million USD) in May.

In the January-May period, the province welcomed 5.6 million guests, a year-on-year increase of 36.08%.

The number of tourists staying overnight reached over 1,000 guests, representing a 1.5 fold rise.

In the reviewed period, Ninh Binh earned nearly more than 5.3 trillion VND (226 million USD), a 1.5-fold increase year on year.
