Ninh Binh's students win first prize at 9th National Science and Technology Contest

The contest was held in the central province of Hue from March 25 - 27.

Two students Nguyen Tran Dat and Dinh Hoang Nam from the Hoa Lu A High School got the first prize for the invention "Smart bed to support disabled patient at home" 

The fourth prize went to Do Dang Quang and Do Viet Binh Minh from the Ninh Binh - Bac Lieu High School for the model " Study of wormwood extract's anti-oxidant activity and control of TNF-a /IFG-y by using chloroform in treatment of atopic dermatitis".

The 9th National Science and Technology Contest, which was hosted by the Ministry of Education and Trainning, saw the participation of over 262 contestants from 69 high schools and secondary schools nationwide.

The organising board presented 12 first, 19 second, 26 third, and 34 fourth prizes to winning students.

Besides, 30 promising prizes were also handed over to contestants. 

The event was not only a playground for students to show the results of their scientific  researches but also helped to  enhance exchanges between localities, thus inspiring students' passion for scientific and technological research.
