Ninh Binh province's budget collection in 2021 was estimated at 18.87 trillion VND (924 million USD), 1.3 percent higher than the yearly estimate and representing a drop of 11.5 percent against 2020.
Of the figure, the province's domestic collection reached 14.79 trillion VND (328 million USD), surpassing the assigned target by 23.4 percent and down 20.5 percent from the previous year.
Revenue from local enterprises and individual households hit 10.52 trillion VND, while revenue from land use and housing fees was 2.5 trillion VND.
Budget collection from import-export activities was estimated at 4.07 trillion VND, equivalent to 61.4 percent of the estimate and an increase of 50.5 percent.
The province's total expenditure was 18.05 trillion VND, 17.6 percent higher than the estimate assigned by the provincial People's Council and equivalent to 80.3 percent of the figure in 2020.
Of which, investment development spending was 4.54 trillion VND, surpassing the yearly estimate by 72.2 percent and representing a year-on-year drop of 45.5 percent.
