The result was attributed to the fact that many projects have been transferred from the previous years and their dossiers and procedures had been completed, thereby facilitating the disbursement in the first months of 2020, according to the provincial State Treasury.
In addition, the provincial People's Committee has since the beginning of the year asked departments, sectors and localities to define projects in need of investment and not to allocate capital for projects that have not completed investment procedures in line with regulations.
The provincial People's Committee also requested units and localities to continue effectively implementing the auction of land use rights. The administration at all levels, sectors and investors were urged to closely manage the scope and scale of approved projects.
Based on the plan on capital allocation, the administration at all levels, sectors and investors were asked to actively map out plans to speed up the progress of projects and the disbursement of capital.
In 2020, Ninh Binh will mainly pour public investment into key projects, such as Ninh Binh Hospital for Women and Children; Ninh Binh High School for the Gifted; a channel and Van Hanh road construction project (first phase); Dinh Tien Hoang road construction project (second phase); and a project to build infrastructure of schools meeting national standards to implement the Resolution of the 21st Congress of the provincial Party Organisation.
