Ninh Binh's medics set off for Binh Duong to support COVID-19 fight

They include 10 doctors, 18 nurses and two technicians who were selected from 11 hospitals in Ninh Binh province.

The medics have experience, good professionalism and a high sense of responsibility. They voluntarily registered to assist Binh Duong which is being hard hit by COVID-19.

Before departure, the medical workers were updated with the pandemic situation in southern provinces and cities, provided with skills to treat and care for COVID-19 patients, and measures to protect themselves from the disease and control the pandemic in quarantine sites.

All members of the delegation had fully received two COVID-19 vaccine shots and had negative testing results.

As planned, the medical workers will treat and take care of COVID-19 patients at Binh Duong field hospital until they fulfill their tasks under the Ministry of Health's directions.
