Speaking at the event, Ha expressed her delight to welcome Pfabigan and his delegation, and thanked FOUR PAWS International for its support in terms of techniques, knowledge and finance to assist Ninh Binh in wildlife conservation programme.
Thanks to POUR PAWS International's assistance, Ninh Binh has reaped positive outcomes in this field and in particularly, it has put an end to bear bile farming in the province.
For his part, Pfabigan said that FOUR PAWS International has received support and assistance from Ninh Binh's leaders, departments, sectors and localities while implementing its projects in the province.
FOUR PAWS is resuming its projects, focusing on animal conservation projects in Vietnam, including a project on building an Asian carnivore breeding area in Ninh Binh, he added.
The landscape and nature of Ninh Binh would be more gorgeous if wild animals are enabled to freely live and develop in that environment, Pfabigan said.
With headquarters located in 15 countries across the world, FOUR PAWS International has promoted communications on a global scale, hence Ninh Binh's landscapes, beauty and efforts in preserving wildlife animals would be popularised widely, he said.
Ha pledged that Ninh Binh's leaders will steer departments, sectors, and agencies to assist FOUR PAWS International in accelerating the progress of its projects in the province.
