Ninh Binh's leaders offer incense to mark 78th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day (September 2), on August 31, a delegation of Ninh Binh's Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, departments, and organizations held an incense offering ceremony at the province's martyr Memorial site and province's martyr monument.

Member of party central committee, Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial party committee Doan Minh Huan, Chairman of provincial people's council Mai Van Tuat and Chairman of provincial people's committee Pham Quang Ngoc along with representatives of local departments and agencies attended the event.
In a sacred atmosphere, the participants observed a minute's silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation's re-unification, national construction and protection as well as the people's happiness.
In front of the hallowed memorial to the heroic martyrs, the leaders vowed to follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; fulfill the targets set by the Provincial party committee's Resolution (tenure 2020 - 2025), and build Ninh Binh as a properous and civilized province.
Later, the delegation also laid wreaths and burnt incense at the grave of late president Tran Dai Quang in the Quang Thien commune, Kim Son district.
