Ninh Binh's leaders burn incense to memorize heroes on Martyrs' Day

The participants observed a minute's silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation's re-unification.
To mark the 72nd War Invalid and Martyrs' Day (July 27th), a delegation of Ninh Binh's Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, departments, and organizations, led by the Provincial Party Committee's Secretary, Nguyen Thi Thanh laid wreaths and burnt incense at Province's Memorial.
In front of the hallowed memorial to the heroic martyrs, the leaders vowed to do their utmost to build Ninh Binh a modern industrial and service province, an international tourism hub with synchronous and advanced socio-economic and technical infrastructure.
