In 2021, the management board scored 71.70, ranked 8th out of 22 units in the DDCI list. The result was quite low. Therefore, at the beginning of 2022, the management board built a plan to maintain its achieved results while improving other low component indicators.
It is striving to increase the total points of all eight component indicators, with priority given to increasing transparency, dynamism, time costs, unofficial costs and role of leaders.
The board has paid more heed to improving the capacity and attitude of its staff towards friendliness and serving people and enterprises.
Under the motto of "accompanying enterprises", officials and employees of the management board have worked to support firms to remove difficulties in production and business; and create an open, transparent, friendly and dynamic investment climate.
At the same time, the management board has reduced time and steps of handling administrative procedures, thus creating optimal conditions for people and firms.
Besides, it has fully and strictly implemented its functions and tasks of granting construction permits and managing construction order in local IPs.
In the first nine month of 2022, it granted construction permits to three projects and repair permit to one project and adjusted construction permit for another project.
Administrative procedures have been carried out under one-stop shop mechanism, thus creating the best favourable conditions to investors.
This year, the management board reviewed and suggested reducing time for handling five administrative procedures related to investment.
Currently, administrative procedures of the management board are handled online at the province's public service website while all 34 administrative procedures under its management are solved at the province's public administrative service center.
By the end of October, the management board had received 378 files, 370 of which had been handled on time or ahead of schedule.
The management board's efforts are expected to contribute to improving the investment and business climate in industrial parks, thus attracting more investors and boosting the province's development.
