Ninh Binh's gross regional domestic product hits 45.42 trillion VND

The figures were released by the provincial Department of Statistics at a press conference on December 29.

The added value of the agro-forestry- fishery sector hit 4.39 trillion VND, up 2.77 percent, while that of the industry -construction sector was 18.04 trillion VND, up 5.64 percent and the figure of the service sector reached 15.41 trillion VND, a year-on-year increase of 4.19 percent.

The province's state budget collection was 18.87 trillion VND, 1.3 percent higher than the target set by the provincial People's Council. 

Ninh Binh's total food output reached  462,600 tonnes, 2.3 percent higher than the yearly plan. Its aquatic product output was 63,300 tonnes, up 7.5 percent.

Total development investment capital was estimated at 26.89 trillion VND, 5.5 percent higher than the yearly plan.

In 2021, over 19,900 labourers were provided with jobs, including 8,000 workers were sent to work abroad.

Social welfare has been ensured while political security and social order have been maintained.
