The figures were announced at a press conference held on June 30 by the provincial Statistics Office.
The province'sstate budget collection hit 10.45 trillion VND (447 million USD), making up 52.2% of the yearly plan and down 1.9% as compared to same period last year.
Aagro-forestry-fishery production enjoyed favourable conditions with a smaller farming area infecting diseases while poultry diseases were put under control.
Industrial production saw good performance despite facing numerous difficulties. The province's industrial production value was estimated at 47.98 trillion VND (2.06 billion USD), up 4% over the same period last year and making for 43.9% of the yearly plan.
Some major products witnessed good growth such as canned pineapple (up 81.9%); fresh pineapple juice (up 91.1%); and clothes (up 23.3%).
Total development investment capital reached 14.87 trillion VND (636 million USD), up 13.5% over the same period last year and making for 55.1% of the yearly plan.
The consumer price index (CPI) rose by 3.14% over the same period in 2021.
Tourism activities have been flourishing. The province welcomed over 1.77 million tourists, a 2-fold increase year on year and accounting for 71.1% of the yearly plan. Tourism revenue was estimated at over 1.05 trillion VND (42.9 million USD), up 88.7% over the same period last year.
Local people's lives were stablised while social welfare, political security and social order were ensured.
