Wrestler Ha Van Hieu, 40, from Ninh Binh province defeated his Singaporean rival to win the gold medal in the men's 130kg event. This is also the first gold medal won by Ninh Binh's athletes SEA Games 31.
This is the last SEA Games Hieu has competed in before he switches to coaching.
