The working session focussed on issues related to the three projects that BPA group intended to invest in Ninh Binh, covering waste treatment, power efficiency, and hospital.
Dien told the guests that the local authority had chosens ome places which could be suitable for the building of an international hospital. As for the power efficiency system, the authority agreed with the group's plan to work with local businesses on the project, he said.
On waste treatment, he said the plant in Tam Diep has been coping with operation difficulties and asked BPA to join hands in addressing these problems.
Mr Radjou Dupont, Manager Director of BPA group said BPA's experienced experts and economists will come to assess these issues and figure out the most economic and feasible solutions.
He expressed his hope that Ninh Binh will help Spanish investors, especially in administration procedures and land issue so that these projects would be carried out as soon as possible.
This is BPA group's second visit to Ninh Binh since May, 2015. The group specializes in urban lighting service, waste and waste water treatment, automobile support industry, and transportation under the BOT and PPP forms.
