Ninh Binh resumes entertainment and sport activities from March 14

According to the document, the COVID-19 pandemic has been controlled well in Ninh Binh province. 

In order to successfully carry out the twin target of containing the pandemic and boosting socio-economic development, the provincial People's Committee agreed to resume operations of local karaoke parlors, bars, discos, massage kiosks, cinemas, gymnastic - yoga halls and billiards clubs from March 14. 

At the same time, the provincial People's Committee ordered the continued implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control measures set out by the government and the provincial authorities, especially the "5K message" - khau trang (facemask), khu khuan (disinfection), khoang cach (distance), khong tu tap (no gathering) and khai bao y te (health declaration).

Local administrations and sectors were authorized to apply COVID-19 prevention and control measures in line with the real situation of each locality. 

They were also requested to keep vigilant against the pandemic and minimize adverse impacts on the circulation of goods as well as production and business activities and the lives of people.
