Ninh Binh reports one community case of COVID-19

On November 3, the Ninh Binh Center of Disease control (CDC) confirmed one new community case of COVID-19.The new case may pose a low risk of infection to others because he has been monitored since he returned to Ninh Binh.
The 39-year-old had lived and worked in the southern province of Binh Duong - one of the country's largest pandemic hotspot during the fourth wave of COVID-19 infections, for many years.
He had been previously injected with two AstraZeneca shots and tested negative for coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 before flying to Ninh Binh on October 31.
Right after arriving in Ninh Binh province, he was sent to a local concentrated quarantine establishment. He had a sample taken for COVID-19 testing and the result was positive to the virus two days later.
Currently, the patient has symptoms of the disease like fatigue and sore throat and but no fever and no dyspnea.
