Ninh Binh ranks 8th in digital transformation index 2020
According to the structure of the provincial DTI, the digital administration consists of 133 criteria with 400 marks; digital economy has 101 criteria with 300 marks, digital society has 72 criteria with 300 marks.
The top 10 cities and provinces in the DTI 2020 rankings are Da Nang, Thua Thien-Hue, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Tien Giang, Can Tho, Ninh Binh, Kien Giang and Bac Giang.
The central city of Da Nang placed at the top position and led the nation on all three pillars of digital administration, digital economy and digital society.
The northern province of Ninh Binh secured the 8th position with digital administration ranking 19th; digital economy placing 4th, and digital society standing 6th.
Since September 2021, the province has successfully offered 100 percent of level-4 public services online via its public service and information portal at http://dichvucong.ninhbinh.gov.vn.
The achievement has helped Ninh Binh to become one of the first provinces and cities nationwide in providing all level-4 public services online ahead of schedule set by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
