Ninh Binh ranks 16th out of 63 provinces and cities in public capital disbursement

With the result, Ninh Binh ranked 16 out of 63 provinces and centrally-run cities nationwide in public capital disbursement, according to statistics released by the Ministry of Finance.

According to the yearly plan, Ninh Binh has been allocated a total amount of nearly 7.43 trillion VND (318 million USD), of which 1.42 trillion VND (60.2 million USD) comes from the central budget and the remainder, over 6 trillion VND sourced from the province's budget.

The province has accelerated the progress of construction and disbursement of public capital projects. It established a working group to speed up the progress and disbursement of public investment capital for projects in the province in 2023.

The working group has regularly made field trips to inspect construction sites and held meetings to seek solutions in a bid to speed up the progress of construction and complete procedures for new projects in 2023.

Thanks to these drastic and synchronic measures, by the end of March 2023, Ninh Binh has disbursed 889.6 billion VND, equivalent to 12% of the plan. According to statistics released by Ministry of Finance, Ninh Binh ranked16thout of 63 provinces and centrally-run cities nationwide in public capital disbursement.
