Ninh Binh provincial people's Council convenes 3rd session

The opening session saw the attendance of Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and head of the province's delegation of NA deputies Nguyen Thi Thu Ha; Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang; and Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, among others.

In his opening speech, Chairman of the provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang said that the session will give ideas on many important issues. It will discuss ways to implement dual tasks of preventing the disease and reviving socio-economic and  state budget spending for the  whole year.

The session will discuss and approve 13 important resolutions, including those related to state budget spending, COVID-19 prevention and control; and investment of some projects, and contribute ideas to other documents mentioned in the session.

Due to complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, the third session of the 15th Ninh Binh People's Council will be shortened and conclude later on the same day.
