Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council convenes 24th session

Mai Van Tuat, Standing Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council; Bui Hoang Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Council and Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Council Hoang Van Kien co-chaired the session.

At the session, delegates heard proposalsrelating to budget allocation; management and use of public propertiesand procurement; convertion of rice land, protected forest land to expedite other projects; public investment capital plan in the period of 2021-2025.

Delegates focused on discussing and gave opinions on draft proposals and draft resolutions.

In his closing speech, Chairman of the provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat said after half a working day with a serious, democratic and responsible manner, the session has successfully completed its agenda.

Delegates upheld their sense of responsibility to deliberate and give opinions on the contents of the session as well as draft proposals and draft resolutions.

After the discussion, the provincial People's Council voted to approve 20 drat resolutions that are expected to contribute to the province's socio-economic development in 2024 and the following years.

Tuat asked local administrations at all levels, sectors, press agencies and delegates to popularise the outcomes of the 24^th session. The provincial People's Committee must direct the effective implementation of the approved solutions, he said.
