Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council convenes 22nd session

The session was attended by Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and head of the province's National Assembly deputy delegation; Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang; and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, among others.

During the working session, delegates voted on the removal from the posts of members of the provincial People's Committee in the 14^th tenure for Dinh Viet Dung, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Bui Thanh Dong; former Director of the Department of Tourism; and Vu Van Kiem, former Director of the Department of Education and Training.

The councilors also elected four new members of the provincial People's Committee, including Phan Thanh Cong, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Bui Van Manh, Director of the Department of Tourism; Hoang Van Kien, Director of the Department of Finance; and Dinh Thi Thuy Ngan, Director of the Department of Planning and investment. 

They also discussed and passed seven important resolutions in various issues.

In his remarks, Tran Hong Quang, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council asked local authorities, sectors and branches to closely coordinate together and should enhance their supervisory role in the implementation of tasks set for 2021.
