Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council convenes 10th session

The session was attended by Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and head of the province's National Assembly deputy delegation; Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc; and Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Council Bui Hoang Ha, among others.

At the session, delegates will discuss reports, proposals and projects submitted by the provincial People's Council and the provincial People's Committee; approve 19 important resolutions, and conduct an answer-question session to clarify voter's concerns.

After the opening, the participants heard a brief report on the province's socio-economic development plan performance in 2022, and socio-economic development orientations and tasks for 2023.

Speaking at the opening session, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha hailed the outstanding achievements in the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in 2022.

While analysing the world economic and political situation with advantages, difficulties and arising issues, as well as pointing out new opportunities for the province's development, Ha urged participants to carefully study and discuss, and then contribute ideas to the reports and proposals, thus the agenda of the session.
