Accordingly, the Resolution aims to support organisations, households and individuals who participate in tourism development activities in the province.
Support policies includes organising training courses for local residents and laboures; assisting organisations and individuals in participating tourism promotion programmes inside and ouside the country; building new homestay establishments or upgrading current ones; establishing and maintaining art clubs and troupes to serve tourists; investing and launching new tourism products; and preserving and promoting heritage values.
Accordingly, 100 million VND will be provided for the repair and upgrade of tradional-architecture houses of 50 years old or above inside the Trang An heritage area; while those upgrade homestays or build new homestays will be financed 50 million VND and 100 million VND for eachwork, respectively. The establishment of art troupes and public art teams with 15 members or more will be funded 50 million VND.
Organisations and individuals who organise training courses will be provided financial support of up to 90% of the total cost (not exceeding 50 million VND) with the maximum of two training courses a year; while local residents and labourers will received 4.5 million VND each when participating in training courses.
Besides, organisations and individuals participating in tourism promotion programmes will be supported 20% of the total costs including fees of renting booths, designing, printing brochures, and buying flight ticket. The financial assistance does not exceed 30 million VND and 50 million VND for those participating in promotion programmes in the country and in the Asian region, respectively.
