During the session, Chairman Thang, who is also deputy secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee, briefed his guests on the province's natural conditions as well as socio-economic situation in the past few years. The number of Japanese companies investing in Ninh Binh has been on a constant rise.Apart from industry and tourism, Ninh Binh wishes to receive more investment projects in the social field, he added.Speaking at the meeting, Matsuo Kazufumi, President of Bichu Giken, said the company has a rich experience in investing in the sectors of health and education. It plans to build a college to train nurses and a nursing home for the elderly in the province. After graduation, nurses will be employed to work at the nursing home or hospitals in Vietnam or Japan.Ninh Binh province should create favourable conditions for Bichu Giken and its partner Anh Vinh company to explore study and realize the project, he urged. Thang applauded Japanese investor's project and spoke highly of its social significance to Ninh Binh province in the future. Ninh Binh will do its best to create favourable conditions, provide incentives, and assign relevant departments to cooperate with Bichen Giken and its partner so that the project would be implemented as soon as possible, he said.
