Ninh Binh provides all level-4 public services online

The number of level-4 public services provided via the portal has reached 1,226, including 1,002 services at the provincial level, 151 services at the district level, 55 services at the commune level, and 18 services provided by Vietnam Social Insurance and the Department of Public Security.

The achievement has helped Ninh Binh to become one of the first  provinces and cities nationwide in providing all level-4 public services online ahead of schedule set by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

This is an milestone in the province's effort to build e-administration, thus contributing to the development of e-government in line with the Prime Minister's decision on building Vietnam into a digital country by 2030.
