Ninh Binh progresses soundly in new rural development

According to a report from the Ninh Binh provincial Steering Committee for national target program on building new rural areas,16communes have by July, 2015, met all the 19 criteria required to be named a new-style area.
Ninh Binh has mobilized nearly 8 trillion VND, including 3.2 trillion VND from local residents and 570 billion VND from enterprises, for implementing the drive over the past four years.
Local residents have, for their part, voluntarily contributed thousands of workdays as well as land for the cause.
Ninh Binh is striving to have 31 communes recognized as new rural areas by this year's end.
