Ninh Binh plans Kenh Ga hot spring - Van Trinh cave tourism site

Ninh Binh boats vast potential for further developing tourism, which has been cashing in on famous destinations like Bai Dinh pagoda, Phat Diem stone cathedral, Tam Coc-BichD ong, Trang An landscape complex, and Cuc Phuong national park.

Such attractive places as Kenh Ga hot spring, Van Trinh cave, and Van Long Natural Reserve, in Gia Thinh commune, Gia Vien district, which remain unpopular, are expected to become a big draw to visitors.

French scientists and domestic experts have agreed that Kenh Ga hot spring water contains an extremely high content of minerals such as kali chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium, and high level of sodium chloride salt, which produce positive therapeutic effects on human. The water maintains a stable temperature of 53⁰C all year round and is colorless and odorless.

Located next to the floating village of the same name, Kenh Ga village, which is surrounded by the Hoang Long River and has an exceptional lifestyle of rural community, Kenh Ga is listed among five natural hot springs in Vietnam.

Van Trinh cave lies in Van Long Natural reserve where the Karst topography is a common feature and the harmony of natural lanscapes are enriched by river, mountain, and forest. Bearing pristine and attractive beauty,Van Trinh cave is seen as one of the most beautiful caves in the province.
