Ninh Binh photographer wins 2 silver medals at photo cirlce 2021

Thang's artworks titled "Buc tranh da Van Long" was taken in Van Long Natural Reserve, in the northern province of Ninh Binh, belongs to travel category; and the rest titled "Giac mo pho" belongs to street category.

The Vietnamese photographer hails from Ninh Binh province and is notable for being the only local representative to obtain medals in the photo contest.

The Photo Circle 2021 received over 3,000 artworks as entries from 158 authors hailing from 45 countries worldwide.

The competition sees amateur and professional photographers compete across nine categories, including open colour, open monochrome, nature, photojournalism, travel, portrait, wildlife, architecture, and street.

The organisers are set to hand out 131 medals to various winners in June this year.
