Ninh Binh People's Council starts its 9th session

The opening session saw the attendance of Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung; Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh; Chairman of the Ninh Binh People'sCouncil Tran Hong Quang; Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Committee Dinh Van Dien, among others.

Opening the session, Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Council Tran Hong Quang said that the session will give ideas on many major issues; evaluate the province's socio-economic development and state bugdet collection in 2018.

Delegates will discuss the outcomes and weaknesses of the steering and management work. They will conduct vote of confidence of the 27 officials elected by the provincial People's Council.

They heard a report of the People's Committee on addressing voters' opinions and suggestions related to many fields such as planning, investment, transport; the environment, agriculture, culture, tourism, healthcare, education and social welfare.

As scheduled, the 9th session will sit through December 12.
