Ninh Binh People's Council passes 36 resolutions at 4th session

Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha,  Chairman of the People's Council Tran Hong Quang, and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc attended the session, among others. 

During the working session, delegates discussed and agreed with assessments of the local socio-economic performance in 2021 and mapped out the socio-economic development plan for 2022.

At the fourth session, the 15th provincial People's Council approved 36 resolutions with great significance, affecting many aspects of socio-economic life.

They also defined 15 key goals with 7 groups of tasks and solutions for socio-ecnomic development, security and defense in the 2022. 

Speaking at the closing session, Tran Hong Quang, Chairman of provincial People's Council  directed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council must quickly direct the organization to bring the resolutions to life; coordinate with the Fatherland Front Committee to strengthen supervising the implementation of the resolutions.

The Provincial People's Committee must urgently concretize the resolutions into decisions and plans for the implementation, ensuring publicity and transparency in accordance with the law.

All levels, sectors, localities and people of the whole province should continue to uphold the sense of solidarity, joint strength to promote the labor and production emulation movement to bring the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council to life with the highest efficiency, contributing to the comprehensive achievements of the goals and tasks set out in the plan in 2022.
