Ninh Binh People's Council opens 21st session

Prominent among those at the meeting were Standing Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of Ninh Binh People's Council Tran Hong Quang; Chairman of provincial people committee Dinh Van Dien, and Vice chairman of  provincial people committee Pham Quang Ngoc.

Opening the session, Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Council Tran Hong Quang said that the session will give ideas on many major issues; evaluate the province's socio-economic development in 2020; state budget collection and mapping out tasks and goals for socio-economic, financial development in 5 years (2021-2025);  and consider and decide many important resolutions, amongs others….

Delegates heard a report of the  People's Committee on socio-economic situation in 2020, report of voter's opinion and Reports, documents presented by leaders of province's sector, branches about specific fields.

The Ninh Binh People's Council also hold a question and answer session.

As scheduled, the 21th session will sit through December 9.
