Ninh Binh People's Council convenes its 15th session

The opening session saw the attendance of Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung; Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh; Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Council Tran Hong Quang; Chairman of the Ninh Binh People'sCommittee Dinh Van Dien, among others.

Opening the session, Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Council Tran Hong Quang said that the session will give ideas on many major issues; evaluate the province's socio-economic development and state bugdet collection in 2019, outcomes of basic infrastructure construction; anti - corruption work and thrift practices; receiving complains and denunciations of citizen, amongs others….

Delegates heard a report of the People's Committee on socio-economic situation in 2019, report of voter's opinion prior the 15^th session, as well as the results of addressing voter's opinions at the 11^th session.

The Ninh Binh People's Council also hold a question and answer session.

As scheduled, the 15th session will sit through December 6.
