The send-off ceremony for recruits in Ninh Binh city was attended by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, leaders of Ninh Binh city and the provincial High Command.
This year, Ninh Binh city has 100 new recruits, of whom 74 will serve in military units while 26 others will join the public security force. Some of them were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Meanwhile, the farewell ceremony in Kim Son district saw the attendance of Chairman of the provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang, among others.
Up to 305 young people in Kim Son district were selected to serve in the military and public security forces.
Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc and leaders of Yen Khanh district and some military units presented gifts to recruits at the send-off ceremony held in Yen Khanh district on the same day.
In 2022, 262 young poepl in the district will join the army and public security forces.
At the send-off ceremonies, the provincial leaders presented flowers and gifts to the recruits, encouraging them to study and training hard, fulfilling their missions during their service time.
The same day, other localities in the province also organised ceremonies to send off a total of 1,568 young people to join the military and public security forces, successfully completing the target set by the provincial military service council for 2022.
