These days, Le Tien Loi, an Agent Orange victim in Gia Van commune of Gia Vien district, has welcomed couples of delegations from agencies and organisations who visited and presented gifts to him as the way of showing their gratitude for his contributions to the nation's struggle for national liberation in the past.
A part from receiving the spiritual support from the Party, State, local administrations and people, Loi and his family also received material assistance from them as well.
His newly-built house is a practical gift from the Ninh Binh Association for Victims of Agent Orange, administrations at all levels, sectors, and local people.
These practical activities are part of the province's efforts to improve the living standards for wounded soldiers and martyrs' families and those who rendered services to the nation.
