On February 12, 10 new cases were put under supervision. To date, a total of 278 cases have been quarantined, supervised or closely monitored in the province.
The Department of Health directed local medical units such as the Military Hospital No 5 and the provincial Public Security Hospital to grant certificates verifying the end of quarantine to those who were tested negative for the virus after 14 days of isolation.
It sent official dispatches to provincial departments, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities, asking them to collaborate with health facilities to provide certificates verifying the end of quarantine to suspected cases after they were confirmed to be clear from the virus.
The Department of Health also ordered the spraying of disinfectant at all state agencies and public places across the province.
