Ninh Binh: New Year's fireworks set off in two places

Ninh Binh have recently unveiled two places for New Year's Eve fireworks.
Accordingly, low range fireworks displays will be set off at Dinh Tien Hoang Square, Ninh Khanh Ward, Ninh Bình city and center of Tam Diep city.
The firework shows will last 15 minutes, from 0h00' to 0h15' on February 8th, 2016 (Jan. 1st of the Nunar New Year).
