The delegation was received by Mr Dinh Chung Phung, Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh provincial People's Committee.
Mr Phung expressed his joy to welcome the delegation, and informed them about the anti-corruption work of the province in recent time.
He said he hopes that the visit would help Ninh Binh and Myanmar learn from each other's experience in the corruption fight, thus contributing to building the two properous countries and a developing ASEAN bloc as well.
The Secretary of Myanmar anti-corruption commission thanked the host for their warm welcome and hoped to learn more exprericence from Vietnam in the fight against corruption and bribery.
In recent years, the Myanmar government pays special attention to the combat against corruption. This is the task of not only the Myanmar state and government but of its people as well, he added.
Also at the working session, the two sides affirmed their mutual interest in strengthening bilateral cooperation and sharing knowledge and expertise on preventing and eliminating corruption in the time to come.
