Ninh Binh makes thorough preparations to welcome visitors during upcoming holidays

Trang An ecological site is one of the province's most favourite destinations for holidaymakers. Therefore, the Trang An management board has given priority to ensuring social security and safety for tourists.

Trang An is expected to welcome a large number of travellers during the holidays so the management board has deployed plans to serve tourists safely and considerately.

Hoang Thi Thu Huong, of the Trang An management board, said it has mobilised all security personnel and ticket sellers to serve tourists during the five-day holidays.

Besides, the management board also asked boatmen to strictly observe safety regulations while serving tourists, she said, adding that it has also paid due attention to environmental sanitation.

Huong also recommended visitors to buy tickets via website muave.disantrangan.vn in order to save time.

Cuc Phuong National Park has always attracted large numbers of tourists on the occasion of the National Reunification Day (April 30) and International Workers' Day (May 1) holidays. This year, it was forecast that the number of visitors to the park would increase sharply thanks to favourable weather conditions and longer holidays, therefore the management board has prepared all necessary conditions to serve tourists.

Do Duc Lap, Vice Director of the Cuc Phuong National Park, said in order to serve tourists' demand, the park has cooperated with the local public security force to guide and control transport vehicles in front of the entrance gate and  set up sign boards in case of congestion for vehicles.

The management board has reactivated its Covid-19 warning, prevention and control system and well prepare conditions such as power supply, internet connection, food safety, forest fire prevention and control.

The holidays coincides with the Hoa Lu Festival 2023, hence a big number of tourists is expected to flock to Ninh Binh. To ensure the best possible services for tourists, the tourism sector has worked with local authorities and management boards of destinations to strengthen the management of tourism activities, including traffic safety, food safety and environmental sanitation, among others.
