Ninh Binh listed among top 5 localities providing best public services

Four others in the top 5 are Quang Ninh, Lang Son and Hoa Binh provinces and Da Nang city.

In 2022, Ninh Binh issued numerous documents to steer local units, sectors and localities to implement measures to promote and improve the efficiency of providing and using online public services in the province. 

Ninh Binh has met and surpassed all criteria set by the Prime Minister and the National Committee for Digital Transformation on providing online public services.

Ninh Binh is one of the first three provinces to complete its connection  to the national database on population and is among 20 cities and provinces that are officially connected to the national database on population to serve digital transformation.

Ninh Binh is now providing 2,157 online public services; of which 1,586  are at levels 3 and 4, accounting for 73.5% of the total numbers of online public services. 

100% of public services at level 4 are provided on the provincial online public service portal while 1,315 services are integrated on the national public service portal, making up 86.11%.

By December 15, 2022, the number of  dossiers submitted via the provincial administrative procedure settlement portal reached 326,930, making up 65.3% while the number of dossiers submitted via the national public service portal was 15,874, a 3.3-fold rise from the same period last year.
