Ninh Binh leaders offer incense to commemorate heroic martyr

In celebrating the 74th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947-2021), a delegation of Ninh Binh province leaders offered incense and laid flower wreaths to commemorate heroic martyrs in province's Martyr Cemetery in Ninh Binh city and province's Matyr Memorial in Hoa Lu district this morning.
Attending the ceremony were Standing Vice Secretary of Provincial Party organisation, Chairman of People's Council Tran Hong Quang; Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party organisation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc; representatives of relevant departments and agencies and among others.
The delegates spent solemn minutes to commemorate and expresse their deep gratitude to war heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the national independence.
In front of the hallowed memorial to the heroic martyrs, the leaders vowed to do their utmost to build Ninh Binh more properously and modernly.
