Mr Shinohara Kimio said he was accompanied by representatives from companies specializing in the heavy industry and civil construction.These companies sought cooperation with the Tam Diep Electromechanical-Construction College (Viet Xo) in training local people for eligibly working in Japan's constructionand mechanics industries, he added.
At the meeting, Phung tabled the natural conditions, advantages, and development potential Ninh Binh possesses as well as policies and incentives it has been offering.
The Ninh Binh leader expressed his hope that the Japanese companies would work closely with theTam Diep Electromechanical-Construction Collegeto train and recruit more locals to work in Japan in the coming time.
Ninh Binh will offer the most possible conditions to enable the Japanese companies to speed up their cooperation, training, and recruitment processes, not only in the construction field but also in the medical field, he added.
