Ninh Binh jumps three places on PAR index 2021

Quang Ninh held the highest position with 90.1% meanwhile, the the southern province of Phu Yen was at the bottom.

According to the results, Ninh Binh's PAR index scored 86.64, up three places from 2021 and ranking 17th out of the 63 provinces and cities while SIPAS reached 81.06 percent, ranking 25^th out of the 63 provinces and cities nationwide.

The index is a policy monitoring tool that assesses citizen experiences and satisfaction with government performance at the national and sub-national levels in governance, public administration and public service delivery. 

PAPI measures eight dimensions: participation at local levels, transparency, vertical accountability, control of corruption, public administrative procedures, public service delivery, environmental governance and e-government.
