Since the beginning of 2023, the provincial Party Committee and the provincial People's Committee have focused on leading and directing the implementation of Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP of the Government dated January 6, 2023 on the main tasks and solutions to carry out the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate, improve the business environment and raise the national competitiveness in 2023. The province has continued finalizing the provincial Planning Project in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; step up tourism and investment promotion; support and ease difficulties in production and goods consumption for firms.
The provincial People's Committee has held monthly dialogues with local enterprises to listen to and collect their opinions and proposals related to numerous issues such as shrunk consumption markets, decreased orders, labour shortages, and growing prices of raw materials.
In an attempt to remove these difficulties and support production and business, the provincial People's Committee pledged to continue improving the local business and investment climate and accelerating administrative procedure reforms.
For the matters out of its jurisdiction, the provincial People's Committee has collected and reported to central ministries and sectors for consideration and settlement.
Through the monthly dialogues and meetings, enterprises' proposals and problems have been tackled by provincial relevant agencies, thus helping them to step up business and production activities.
The moves also showed the provincial administration's renovation in its governance method, shifting from management to serving and accompanying local enterprises and people.
