Ninh Binh inaugurates public administrative centre

Attending the ceremony were Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Quang, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Van Dien, Provincial People's Committee Chairman together with leaders of departments, agencies, partners, businesses…

The center is a two storey building, which cover an area of over 1600 square metters. The work is invested in facilities and synchronous equipment as well as focusing on the factors of apparatus and people in order to build a modern administration.

The centre, which is located in Ninh Binh city, will receive documents and give back results related to 1,373 administrative procedures as well as provide procedure guidance for organisations and individuals.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Chairman of Peoples Committee Dinh Van Dien, the centre has been established to realise the Government's targets of building a transparent, strong and united government that aims to help reduce the time and bureaucracy in handling administrative procedures, and to improve the province's competitiveness and business environment.

In the past few years, the province has made efforts to renovate its administrative procedures, which has helped to create a favourable business environment to lure more investment. It now takes only three days for new businesses to complete their registration of business, tax, bank account and seal.

The new centre is among Ninh Binh's efforts to improve its investment climate and the province's competitive index, and the development of a modern, transparent and efficient public administration system.

Also at the event, local leaders pressed button to debut the center, and attached signboard of work to welcome the 22^nd Ninh Binh provincial party congress, term 2020-2025.
